Refining Mechanism
The refinement of AlTiB on aluminum grain is that TiB2 coated by TiAl3 is used as nucleation heterogeneous core, and atoms are formed with α - Al which is growing up, so as to improve the nucleation rate of α - Al, inhibit the growing trend due to its low nucleation rate, and realize the control of grain size, the improvement of mechanical properties and other properties.

Using Method
1. Baking before using,
2. Operation temperature 680-720 ℃
3. Adding quantity: Self controlled by calculationand test according to actual condition.
4. Adding method: Add sightly to the Al liquid and mix evenly.Keep immersing for 5-10 minutes.
When casting,join in chute,refining in the same time.
Most Refiner in returns of melting charge keep active in re-melting,according to experience to make sure the adding quantity.
