Description of aluminum titanium carbon master alloy
Introduction
AlTiC is a a higher-end grain refiner and new refinement solution for aluminum industry.
For now AlTiB is the most widely used grain refiner, however it has terrible defect like TiB2 agglomeration, short refinement time etc.
AlTiC can solve these problems, according to our lab test,it's refinement time last up to 2 hours and TiC particle will not get agglomeration, also it can bring smaller grain size, definitely it will improve the mechanical property effectively.

Advantage
1) Improve the possibility of further thinning of aluminum foil and related products, and reduce the pinhole degree.
2) No TiB2 accumulation and precipitation, on the one hand, to reduce the porosity, perforation, broken belt and other bad; On the other hand, no large size hard point, to extend the service life of processing tools and other equipment.
3)With a lower addition ratio, to decrease the cracking rate caused by reaching a certain degree of maximum grain size.
