Production process
Adding Process
Adding Instruction
1) Ensure the product is clean and dry before adding;
2) Adding temperature: 700-760 ℃;
3) Adding amount per ton of aluminum: 2 kg, or adjusted by your experiment data according to the real situation;
4) Add it in 5 to 20 minutes before casting;
5) Adding method: remove the scum, evenly disperse the product into the aluminum molten liquid, stir evenly, and let it stand for 5-10 minutes to cast, or add it online by wire feeding machine
