A: The raw material of AlTiC is aluminum ingots,K2TiF6 and C powder.
Q: What's the addition rate?
A: The suggested addition rate is 2‰ (2kg/MT), it's changeable and finally addition rate is depend on your exact production condition and the exact alloy grade.
Q: What's the nucleation efficiency of TiC?
A: It's 50:1 on average, there is a nucleation for every 50 TIC particles.
Q: What's the application?
A: EC grade aluminum wire rod, aluminum cans alloy for body/lids, automotive trim parts,7XXX alloys which contains Zr,Cr etc.
