The Quality of User's products TOTALLY depends on Aluminum Grain Refiner, although the amount of grain refiner added is only 2‰.

1) Choose quality raw material from reliable suppliers.

2) Strict quality supervision covers every single steps of the production.

3) Have a database of product quality information which supports reverse access and accountability.

Adding Instruction

1) Ensure the product is clean and dry before adding;

2) Adding temperature: 700-760 ℃;

3) Adding amount per ton of aluminum: 2 kg, or adjusted by your experiment data according to the real situation;

4) Add it in 5 to 20 minutes before casting;

5) Adding method: remove the scum, evenly disperse the product into the aluminum molten liquid, stir evenly, and let it stand for 5-10 minutes to cast, or add it online by wire feeding machine;
