From May 27 to 29, the 9th Aluminum Processing and Recycled Aluminum Technology Forum was successfully held in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Our company's team attended the industry summit to engage in professional learning and industry exchanges.
During the conference, in comparison with conventional grain refiners, our team elaborated on the core strengths of Al-Ti-C master alloy: it features fine and evenly distributed TiC-based refining phases with low tendency for agglomeration and sedimentation, alongside outstanding resistance to poisoning induced by zirconium and chromium impurities.
Test data verifies that with identical addition dosage, Al-Ti-C delivers superior initial grain refining performance and excellent long-term anti-degradation capability. Rare-earth modified Al-Ti-C stands out with optimal comprehensive properties, applicable to the molten casting of various aluminum products including aluminum billets, aluminum slabs and aluminum rods.
