On Feb. 3rd ,2025, with the last set of experimental data statistics completed, Qinhuangdao Fengyue Science & Technology Co., Ltd. officially announced that it has successfully developed a new grade of grain refiner - Aluminium Titanium Carbon Scandium, after two years of collaborative research and development with the team of Mr. Xiao Zhenbing from Central South University, and through thousands of refinement experiments. At present, the stability of the product has been verified and mass production has begun and put on the market.
AlTiCSc inherits the excellent performance of Al-Ti-C, in the actual production application,AlTiCSc can significantly reduce the grain size gap between casting edge and the core, so that the overall structure of the casting is more uniform and consistent, which effectively improves the casting mechanical properties and machinability.
