Introduction
The application of aluminum and aluminum alloys is more and more extensive, and people have stricter requirements on the structure and mechanical properties of their products. Equiaxed grain structure is beneficial to improve mechanical properties, reduce thermal cracking, eliminate shrinkage and micro pores, distribute the second phase evenly, and improve machining properties of casting workpiece. But at present, the most widely used aluminum titanium boron refiner has an irreducible defect, that is, the aggregation and precipitation of TiB2 particles, which will pollute the furnace, and will cause aluminum alloy products to fracture and other undesirable phenomena.
Super AlTiB is a new refiner with high efficiency and long duration. It has high purity and better refining effect, and can solve the aggregation and precipitation of TiB2 particles.
