Production Process
Adding Process
Introduction
Because TiB2 in AlTiB is easy to accumulate and precipitate, it starts to precipitate after 10~15 minutes. Therefore, constant stirring is needed in the whole refining process to restore the initial refining capacity of 40%~55%. This causes problems such as extremely tedious and inconvenient refining operation and unstable actual refining effect in the fields with long refining operation time/casting operation time (such as the production of automobile engines and other components in aluminum casting industry).
Super AlTiB can be refined for up to 120 minutes without accumulation and precipitation, which avoids the above problems.
Product Function
1. Improve the strength and toughness of aluminum alloy.
2. Eliminate columnar crystal and feather like crystal structure.
3. Reduce the internal shrinkage, porosity, hot cracking and segregation tendency, improve the intrinsic quality of aluminum products.
4. Improve the ductility of aluminum products, for the subsequent processing of the plastic deformation of the process to bring greater flexibility, reduce the process of surface defects.
5. In the rolling process of aluminum profile, under the premise of ensuring product quality can be improved and the productivity rate of rolling, rolling die and auxiliary equipment life.
