3. The analysis of products adding AlT5iC0.2 compared with adding AlTi5B1(special grade):
The pictures are the visual inspection results after the upper surface, lower surface and end face (3mm) of the test sample are etched with corrosive solution.
On the left side is Al-Ti-B refined product, on the right side is Al-Ti-C refined product.
Conclusion:
The results show that the surface and end faces of 3003 alloy refined by AlTi5C0.2 are fine, and the grain size is first grade and evenly distributed, and there is no obvious difference between the products refined by Al-Ti-C and Al-Ti-B.
